Who we are

Ease Behavioral Health was founded by Paige Genannt, LICSW, with the goal of creating a space that feels approachable, supportive, and easy to step into, especially when reaching out for help already feels hard.

Paige has worked in the mental health field for over five years. She earned her B.A. in Psychological Sciences from UConn and her MSW from Boston College, and has experience across a range of clinical settings. Through this work, she discovered a strong passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety and stress, particularly as it shows up in childhood, parenting, and neurodiversity.

Anxiety doesn’t just live in one place. It can look like constant worry, big emotions in kids, decision fatigue in parents, perfectionism, burnout, or feeling misunderstood in school, work, or relationships. Paige is especially interested in helping people understand how their brains work, build practical tools, and feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.

Ease was created for those who feel overwhelmed not only by anxiety, but by the process of finding the right support. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or looking for a provider who truly understands your experiences, Paige strives to meet you where you are and help you access the care you deserve.
